What you will do

• Own end-to-end intercompany (IC) charge calculations, including planning, true-ups, and plausibility checks.
• Perform monthly IC controls, reconciliations, and budget vs. actual analysis.
• Improve IC tools and systems with a strong focus on automation.
• Support Group's Shared Services teams (AP, AR, Reporting) and Group Tax/Finance.
• Manage IC contracts, ensuring transparency of existing agreements and coordinating new requests.
• Drive process improvements to make IC activities efficient and accurate.

Requirements

• Degree in economics, business, finance, or comparable experience.
• 1-3 years of finance experience within an international environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a clear affinity for IT and systems.
• Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel.
• English: Fluent proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in Vienna, Austria.
