What you will do
- Own the onboarding process for Smart Office Solutions in collaboration with sales and Customer Success teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and internal teams to execute seamless customer journeys.
- Guide customers to successful adoption and engagement with digital services like Connect, Room Sensors, Room Display, and Space Overview.
- Deliver inspiring communications on technical aspects to motivate customer action.
- Manage high-volume interactions focusing on activity metrics, retention, and lifetime value.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles like customer success, account management, sales, or proactive onboarding.
- Experience handling high volumes of customer interactions and activity metrics.
- Familiarity with SaaS, subscription models, or IT solutions.
- Technical ability to quickly learn products and systems.
- Strong collaboration skills across Customer Success, Sales, and Smart Office development teams.
