What you will do

• Drive strategic positioning and development of creative marketing as a growth driver across channels including social media, video, trade fairs, and partnerships.
• Lead and develop the marketing team, managing structure, processes, prioritization, and performance.
• Initiate creative concepts, campaigns, and innovative approaches to differentiate in the competitive landscape.
• Implement social media and content strategy consistently in operations.
• Manage collaborations, partnerships, and external marketing initiatives.
• Plan national and international trade fair appearances and ensure sales-driven brand presence onsite.

Requirements

• Degree in marketing, communications, media or comparable qualification.
• Several years’ management experience in marketing, ideally managing multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of brand management, creative processes, and cross-channel marketing strategies.
• Experience establishing and developing structures, processes, and organizational units.
• Ability to translate strategic goals into priorities, manage budgets and KPIs.
• Strong assertiveness, clear communication, and confident manner at management level.
