What you will do

• Execute and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
• Manage audience targeting, budget pacing, and creative testing.
• Optimize performance against ROAS, CPA, and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams for asset deployment.
• Monitor daily performance and produce actionable reports.
• Ensure campaigns are compliant and brand-safe.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a performance marketing environment.
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Commercial mindset for optimizing ROAS and CPA.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from the London office.
