What you will do

• Develop full suites of paid social assets from initial concept through to final rollout.
• Produce static ads, direct video content, and handle shooting and editing as needed.
• Define content requirements across the marketing funnel and manage the execution of briefs.
• Create high-performing ad content specifically optimized for Meta and other paid social platforms.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to raise creative standards and ensure assets perform at scale.
• Proactively generate and iterate on creative ideas using mobile tools for swift turnaround.

Requirements

• Experience producing captivating paid ads for online retailers, particularly in fashion, beauty, luxury, or homewares.
• Proven ability to create content that drives key performance metrics.
• Strong skills in video direction, including briefing and managing editors.
• Deep understanding of creative testing, hook rates, and creative fatigue.
• Proficiency with motion, editing, or animation tools such as After Effects, Premiere, or CapCut.
• Must be based in the UK or EU.
