What you will do

• Manage end-to-end execution of complex global integrated projects across TV, video, print, digital, social, and influencer campaigns.
• Define, implement, and optimize project management methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Act as a liaison between agency functions including Account Management, Strategy, Creative, and Production.
• Oversee the financial health of the delivery portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource utilization.
• Manage risk management frameworks to proactively identify and mitigate project and portfolio-level risks.
• Integrate AI tools into daily operations to create efficiencies in transcription, summarization, and feedback consolidation.

Requirements

• Proven expertise as a Project Director within a creative agency environment.
• Strong proficiency in end-to-end project management, including setup, budgeting, and reporting.
• Experience managing large integrated global accounts with significant financial acumen.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and schedules in a dynamic environment.
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom.
