TL;DR

Linac Commercialization Manager (Radiation Oncology): Leading commercialization strategy for linac portfolio across Region Europe with an accent on market adoption, revenue growth, and customer engagement. Focus on developing go-to-market plans, product launches, pricing strategies, and cross-functional execution to drive portfolio performance.

Location: Crawley, United Kingdom (required to work from Crawley HQ 4 days a week with 1-day WFH). Willing to travel up to 60% of the time.

What you will do

  • Act as regional Subject Matter Expert for Linac portfolio, providing clinical and technical expertise on commercial topics.
  • Lead regional commercial strategy, translating global objectives into operating plans and targets aligned with European market.
  • Drive end-to-end portfolio management including launches, lifecycle optimization, performance monitoring, and competitiveness.
  • Build and execute go-to-market and launch readiness plans with strong value propositions and sales enablement.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing, Clinical, Service, and Global Product teams.
  • Lead pricing, tender, and deal strategies; enable sales through training, tools, and win/loss insights; leverage data for decisions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Sales or Marketing in Medical Device experience preferred
  • 3+ years of work experience in clinical conditions or healthcare industry preferred
  • Understanding of commercial business and strategic marketing principles
  • Very good familiarity with hirify.global Products and Radiation Oncology
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and engage with external customers
