What you will do

• Prepare production documentation necessary for new projects, prototypes, and assembly of Switchgear Panels.
• Optimize existing operations by introducing new methods and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to reduce production costs and resolve technical issues within the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with technical departments to prepare cost estimates for new projects and improvements.
• Participate in the procurement and design of handling and manufacturing equipment.
• Lead lean projects in collaboration with the Lean Supervisor to eliminate waste.

Requirements

• University degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 8 years of experience in the field of electrical engineering.
• English: Fluent in both spoken and written communication.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM systems.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly Lean Manufacturing principles.
