What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate assembly teams to ensure efficient, timely, and high-quality production.
• Monitor end-to-end assembly activities to ensure production schedules are achieved.
• Oversee quality control inspections and ensure compliance with strict quality standards.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with Production Planning, QA, and Supply Chain departments for smooth operations.
• Manage inventory and coordinate with procurement to prevent production delays.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, electronics, or a related field.
• Professional experience within the aerospace or UAV industry.
• Extensive experience in assembly and integration of mechanical and electronic components.
• Proven supervisory or management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of assembly processes, avionics integration, and quality control procedures.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and process improvement techniques.
