What you will do

• Manage large customer projects, high-priority initiatives, and government tenders to ensure seamless delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Sales, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Finance.
• Develop and implement project management methodologies, tools, and processes to optimize efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as an advocate for their needs.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and proactively mitigate risks.
• Stay current with industry trends to continuously improve project execution.

Requirements

• Experience in a program management or similar role.
• Proven experience in handling government tenders.
• Advanced communication and problem-solving skills for large-scale projects.
• Technological proficiency, with experience in PLM or CRM systems being a plus.
• English: Fluent written and verbal proficiency required.
• Travel: Ability to travel approximately 20 days per year.
