What you will do

• Lead execution of major customer programs of high strategic relevance within the CAM Greater Europe portfolio.
• Act as the primary management-level interface for customers, ensuring transparent and proactive communication.
• Manage large, multi-location cross-functional teams across software, hardware, and systems integration.
• Oversee all program phases from prototype and industrialization to production ramp-up.
• Take full ownership of change and risk management, escalation handling, and executive-level reporting.
• Contribute to RFI/RFQ phases through feasibility analysis and commercial alignment.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering (Electrical, IT, Mechanical) or equivalent program management experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing multi-disciplinary programs with over 50 team members.
• Proven success in automotive program leadership with technical and commercial orientation.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work on-site in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Nice to have

• Certified knowledge of PMI methodologies, Automotive SPICE, and IATF16949 processes.
• Experience leading multi-brand programs within Volvo Cars or Volvo Trucks Group.
• Expertise in program management tools and lifecycle methodologies.
