Program Manager Connectivity (Automotive)

What you will do

• Own Teamcenter activities within assigned projects and ensure structured reporting and follow-up.
• Manage end-to-end Change & Scope Management, including CR governance and coordination of Change Control Boards.
• Maintain the Project Master Plan, including schedule definition, milestone tracking, and deviation management.
• Lead cross-functional teams and suppliers in alignment with Program Management and Engineering.
• Act as the OEM customer interface for technical status, program progress, and product alignment.
• Coordinate sample and prototype planning, including PV/DV activities across functions and sites.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering (Electrical, IT, Mechanical, Industrial) or comparable qualification.
• 2-3 years of experience in program management or project coordination within an automotive or technology environment.
• Experience in Sample Management, Engineering Hardware, benches, or industrialization support.
• Fluent in Romanian and English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Willingness to work on-site in Bucharest, Romania.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PMI methodologies, Automotive SPICE, or IATF 16949.
• Experience with VW Group programs or customers.
• Familiarity with program management tools and reporting systems.
