TL;DR

NPI Program Manager (Remanufacturing): Lead multiple complex new product introduction projects involving enterprise functions and value streams with an accent on coordinating resources, overseeing progress and costs, and communicating with stakeholders. Focus on influencing staffing, motivating teams, resolving problems, and managing customer expectations.

Location: Onsite five days a week in Mossville, Illinois, United States. Domestic relocation assistance offered. Visa sponsorship not available.

What you will do

  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, supply chain, accounting, sales, marketing, and operations to manage project resources and deliverables.
  • Oversee project progress, costs, and status reporting to stakeholders while addressing and resolving issues.
  • Influence project staffing, motivate and develop team members.
  • Communicate with customers, manage expectations, and ensure effective project controls and reporting.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience desired.
  • Expert level in tactical/strategic planning, products/services knowledge, effective communications, problem solving, program management.
  • Extensive experience in customer service management.
  • Working knowledge in quality management and design for manufacturability (DFM).
  • Pass background, drug & alcohol screenings.
  • No visa sponsorship; must be eligible to work in US without sponsorship.
