What you will do

• Own product messaging and positioning to simplify complex features for clients.
• Develop go-to-market comms plans for new product launches.
• Create product marketing materials supporting growth across ICP segments.
• Drive thought leadership and build product community through events.
• Translate market and client insights into inputs for Product and Growth teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years product marketing in B2B SaaS, ideally fintech/investments/API infrastructure
• Proven track record translating technical features into value-driven narratives for multiple ICPs
• Experience driving GTM for product launches at scale-ups
• Strong collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing
• Speak German (C2)
• Outcome-focused with KPI setting and impact measurement

Nice to have

• Background in finance or investments
• Expertise with regulated products or multi-regional market entry
• Experience building and scaling product communities
