What you will do

• Lead the architecture, customization, and deployment of OneTick-based solutions for high-profile clients.
• Design advanced ETL frameworks and oversee performance tuning for large-scale systems.
• Serve as a technical advisor to clients, guiding integration strategy and best practices.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and technical leadership.
• Collaborate with product development to influence the roadmap based on real-world client needs.
• Troubleshoot high-complexity issues across distributed, containerized systems using onetick py.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering, ideally within financial markets or with time-series data.
• Expert-level Python proficiency with a proven track record in large-scale ETL/pipeline development.
• Strong technical skills in AWS, Kubernetes, and Airflow.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and performance optimization.
• Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Full independent working rights for the UK or Ireland (citizenship, permanent residency, or unrestricted work permit).
