What you will do

• Create, execute, and optimize direct-to-consumer marketing plans to meet specific traffic goals.
• Review and approve all marketing materials, including copy and creative assets.
• Monitor the daily performance of tactics and adjust strategies to meet client objectives.
• Perform strategic analysis of campaign traffic and creative units.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to report on program performance.
• Manage cross-functional workflows with business intelligence, project management, and production teams.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, digital analytics, or a digital agency.
• Proven experience with email, media, and contextual linking.
• Strong analytical skills for performing complex calculations and forecasting delivery.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics (Omniture), Salesforce, and Tableau.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
