What you will do

• Manage digital retention activities for company partners, aligning with overall marketing strategy.
• Develop and implement retention strategies to boost engagement and reduce churn using Xtreampush.
• Plan and optimize campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and Weblayers with Bloomreach.
• Monitor customer behavior, segment audiences, and personalize marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with content/design teams on materials, A/B testing, and customer journey optimization.
• Conduct competitive analysis, set up tournaments, manage player payments, and prepare ROI reports.

Requirements

• Native Spanish speaker with C2 English proficiency
• 3+ years in digital marketing focused on customer retention
• Experience with online retention platforms, email/SMS marketing, segmentation tools
• Strong analytical skills; authorized to work full-time in Gibraltar without sponsorship
• Bachelor's in Marketing/Business or equivalent
• Ready for overtime, travel, and flexible time zones; excellent communication and organization
