What you will do

• Develop and execute organic growth strategies for bingo and casino to meet acquisition and revenue targets.
• Lead and coach the organic team while managing external SEO and ASO agency partnerships.
• Own the onsite content roadmap and editorial calendar across UK, Italian, and Spanish markets.
• Oversee technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
• Plan and deliver ASO strategies for iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate with Brand, Design, and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence.

Requirements

• Proven experience growing organic traffic and revenue in competitive or regulated industries (e.g., gambling, finance, insurance).
• Hands-on expertise in technical SEO, on-page, content, and ASO.
• Proficiency with GA4, Search Console, and SEO platforms such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Sistrix.
• Experience leading teams and managing agency relationships effectively.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities across markets.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Dublin or Gibraltar.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CMS platforms like Umbraco.
• Understanding of compliance requirements within regulated industries.
• Degree in marketing, English, communications, or a related field.
