TL;DR
Management Associate (EdTech): Support the Managing Director in leading Germany's market growth, handling operations, events, customer success, and commercial activities with an accent on high-impact execution and strategic positioning. Focus on building the German brand, engaging stakeholders including political figures, and operationalizing finance, legal, and compliance processes.
Location: Onsite in Berlin, Germany (Mindspace, Anton-Wilhelm-Amo-Straße 50). Frequent travel across Germany and internationally required.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end event and trade show execution, customer success, and core organizational processes.
- Manage calendar, travel, documentation, and team coordination for the German office.
- Represent at trade shows, events, and stakeholder meetings with frequent travel.
- Build the German brand through messaging, social media, content, industry presence, and journalist relationships.
- Drive stakeholder engagement: research, prepare briefings for high-level meetings, handle follow-ups.
- Support RevOps, finance, controlling, legal/compliance, and GDPR tasks.
Requirements
- Fluent in German (native or C1-C2) and English
- Track record of initiative from student associations or extracurricular leadership
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills for complex workloads
- High energy, ability to think ahead, handle ambiguity, prioritize, and communicate effectively
- Curiosity about EdTech and passion for improving education
- Ready to work hard, move fast, and grow fast

- Recent or upcoming degree from a top university or equivalent excellence
