What you will do

• Own the end-to-end contract portfolio, including real estate leases and franchise contracts, ensuring transparency and risk control.
• Manage and develop the contract management system (Agiloft), focusing on data quality and audit-proof documentation.
• Translate contractual terms into financial metrics, such as cash flow and cost structures, in collaboration with Finance.
• Coordinate the full contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Serve as the key interface between Global Legal, external law firms, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive the standardization, digitalization, and automation of contract management processes.

Requirements

• Professional experience with lease agreements and commercial contract structures.
• Ability to assess contracts from a commercial perspective and translate them into financial implications.
• Experience with data systems or contract management tools (e.g., Agiloft).
• Fluent German and English (spoken and written).
• Strong structured and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to organize complex environments.
