What you will do

• Define and implement a global food and hospitality strategy and operating model aligned with company culture.
• Design food spaces as social and collaboration hubs, partnering with workplace and architecture teams.
• Manage a global vendor ecosystem, leading major tenders and establishing strategic partnerships.
• Oversee global performance using standardized metrics and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Develop culinary frameworks emphasizing balanced nutrition, cultural diversity, and sustainable sourcing.
• Take full financial ownership of the global food budget and P&L, optimizing cost versus quality.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in multi-location food services, hospitality, or workplace experience leadership.
• Proven track record of managing international operations at scale with P&L responsibility.
• Deep understanding of food operations and vendor ecosystem management.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality standards, and compliance.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
