What you will do

• Ensure accurate and timely client billing according to German and international standards.
• Support payment collection processes and maintain updated financial records.
• Manage client account information and handle daily order processing tasks.
• Coordinate communication between external IP attorneys and internal stakeholders.
• Review and validate external invoices for accuracy.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Law, Logistics, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in both English and German are required.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Initial experience with CRM systems, Order Management, or IP law is a plus.
