Working Student - Event & Communication Coordination (Regulatory Compliance): Coordinating and supporting monthly Community & Enablement Sessions and weekly webinars for regulatory compliance software with an accent on onsite logistics and customer care. Focus on ensuring smooth event execution, managing participant engagement, and maintaining the Academy events infrastructure.

Location: Hybrid in Mannheim, Germany. Must be onsite in Mannheim at least once a week.

Compensation: €17.00 - €22.00 / hour

• Coordinate onsite and online sessions, managing participant check-ins and greeting guests.
• Prepare event logistics, including catering, room setup, and material readiness.
• Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere and represent company values.
• Provide live support for experts by taking notes and collecting feedback.
• Assist in follow-ups by relaying discussion points to the Customer Success team.
• Maintain the campaign calendar, internal SharePoint, and Academy Events website.

Requirements

• Current university enrollment in business, communications, law, or related fields.
• Genuine interest in regulatory compliance and the role of software in this domain.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Availability to be onsite in Mannheim at least once a week.
