What you will do

• Support the design and automation of operational processes
• Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements
• Work with spreadsheets, APIs, and automation platforms
• Develop, maintain, and improve internal tools and automation scripts in SQL and Python
• Collaborate with teams and clients to understand workflows and needs
• Monitor and troubleshoot automated processes

Requirements

• Hybrid in Madrid, Spain
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, STEAM, or related field
• 0–2 years experience in operations, automation, or related (internships included)
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, and/or low-code platforms (UiPath, Make, Zapier)
• Familiarity with APIs and data extraction
• General understanding of data visualization tools (Metabase, Looker)
• Strong level of English, written and spoken

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI tools and use cases
• Experience in consulting, operations, or startups
• Personal projects in automation, AI, data workflows, or process optimization
• Hands-on experience building scripts, bots, or efficiency tools
