What you will do

• Design and implement scalable operational workflows across North America, Europe, APAC, and Latam.
• Automate manual processes using AI tools and internal systems in collaboration with Tech and Data teams.
• Standardize ways of working to ensure consistency and predictability across different regions.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure operational efficiency, output, and quality.
• Act as a bridge between strategy and execution, aligning business needs with technical solutions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics (STEM).
• 5+ years of experience in strategy/operations consulting, supply chain, or media operations.
• Proven expertise in process design, optimization, and workflow automation.
• Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, Notion, or Airtable.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
