What you will do

• Design, implement, and continuously improve operational workflows and standardize processes across North America, Europe, APAC, and Latam.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using AI tools and internal systems in collaboration with Tech and Data teams.
• Document and maintain clear operational playbooks to ensure consistency and predictability in execution.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Local teams to align operations with strategic business needs.
• Define and track KPIs related to operational efficiency, output, and quality to drive data-based decision-making.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics (STEM).
• 5+ years of experience in strategy/operations consulting, supply chain, or media/marketing operations.
• Strong expertise in process design, optimization, and workflow automation.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain for a hybrid work setup.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, Notion, and Airtable.
• Familiarity with AI tools and a strong interest in leveraging them for operational efficiency.
