What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and debug test programs for Radar Chips across various IP domains.
• Optimize test costs and implement test development for new product creation and industrialization.
• Lead root cause analysis for customer returns using Automatic Test Equipment (ATE).
• Serve as the technical owner for test programs.
• Control changes to test programs and hardware through structured processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of digital, analog, and RF function blocks and electronic circuits.
• Knowledge of semiconductor industrial test methodologies and basic data analysis skills.
• Interest in programming languages such as C++, Java, or VB.
• Fluent English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Experience with ATE test platforms and VLSI test techniques.
