What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans for enterprise partners, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with C-level stakeholders to understand business objectives and solve challenges using hirify.global Ads.
  • Launch and optimize new advertising and promotion products to drive adoption and revenue growth.
  • Negotiate and close high-value investment deals with a focus on long-term partnership value and measurable business impact.
  • Analyze campaign data (CTR, CPC, ROAS) to ensure partners achieve their KPIs and targets.
  • Collaborate with Global Ads, Product, and Marketing teams to align campaigns with partner goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in advertising or media sales, managing enterprise-level deals.
  • Deep expertise in ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and media buying fundamentals.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex negotiations and close high-value deals with executive stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to use performance data for decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Fluency in Kazakh, Russian, and English is essential for managing regional enterprise relationships.
  • Ownership mentality and a growth mindset.
