TL;DR

Sustainable Business Specialist: Lead social value and environmental initiatives for major Public Sector customers with an accent on carbon baselines, emissions reduction, and sustainability strategy. Focus on partnering with stakeholders, delivering Social Value Plans, managing external partnerships, and analyzing environmental data.

Location: London + Hybrid (2-3 days in office per week, at least 8 days per month)

What you will do

• Partner with suppliers and stakeholders to build carbon baselines and implement emissions reduction actions.
• Work with customers to shape sustainability strategy and deliver shared goals via workshops and meetings.
• Own delivery of customers’ Social Value Delivery Plans, tracking progress, reporting impact, and communicating results.
• Manage external partnerships for volunteering and biodiversity projects.
• Collaborate with teams to collect, analyze, and report environmental and social data aligned to frameworks.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Sustainability, Social Value, or CSR roles relevant to hirify.global Business.
• Strong background in environmental reporting and carbon baselining, ideally in ICT sector.
• Proven ability to deliver projects end-to-end on time and aligned to outputs.
• Experience managing external partners and building relationships for shared outcomes.
• Excellent skills in collecting, managing, and analyzing environmental/sustainability data.
