What you will do

• Lead creation of innovative 3D environmental and spatial concepts for events and immersive experiences.
• Translate ideas into detailed spatial designs, layouts, and high-quality 3D visualizations.
• Drive creative direction during pitches, client presentations, and global projects.
• Collaborate with designers, motion artists, copywriters, and production teams.
• Develop visual storytelling materials like sketches, mood boards, 3D models, and presentations.
• Ensure alignment of creative vision with objectives and production feasibility; guide external partners.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years in 3D event or experiential design in a creative agency.
• Strong portfolio of conceptual and executed immersive spatial experiences (required).
• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Cinema 4D or equivalent.
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint skills.
• Proven ability to present and sell concepts to teams and clients.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have
