What you will do

• Oversee and develop MDM projects, ensuring methodological soundness and quality delivery.
• Lead project teams in designing and developing MDM projects and deliverables.
• Advise on strategy, team resources, and deadlines, supporting internal teams and clients.
• Manage client communication, timelines, and project finances for MDM implementations.
• Utilize coding to facilitate data processing and reporting.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and contribute to internal initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with 6 to 8 years of professional experience.
• Experience implementing or supporting HCP, HCO, and payer MDM or other centralized data management solutions in the US pharmaceuticals market.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office products, with advanced Excel skills.
• Coding skills in Python, R, or SAS.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective project management and people management skills.
• Knowledge of data management best practices in the pharmaceutical industry.
