What you will do
- Manage a focused portfolio of 4 to 7 strategic accounts with annual commitments above $500K.
- Develop and execute long-term success plans connecting business goals to platform capabilities and measurable value.
- Drive adoption and growth by identifying new use cases and improving existing implementations.
- Serve as a technical advisor on media optimization, transformation workflows, and scalable implementation patterns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Account Management to drive customer priorities.
- Mentor other CSMs and contribute to the development of strategic playbooks and processes.
Requirements
- Must be based on the US East Coast.
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Consulting.
- Proven track record of managing strategic enterprise relationships and driving retention.
- Technical fluency with SaaS platforms, APIs, web technologies, and media workflows.
- Ability to deliver technical product demonstrations and communicate complex trade-offs to executives.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve high-impact customer situations.
