TL;DR
Enterprise Account Partner (SaaS): Managing and expanding relationships with the company’s largest strategic enterprise customers with an accent on long-term value, retention, and platform growth. Focus on leading Executive Business Reviews, identifying expansion opportunities, and aligning platform value with customer business objectives.
Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX or Tampa, FL. Not eligible for Visa sponsorship. Unable to hire within city limits of Chicago.

What you will do
- Own and grow relationships within a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts as a trusted advisor.
- Drive customer retention and adoption through proactive account management and strategic planning.
- Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs/QBRs) and onsite engagements focused on business outcomes.
- Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities to drive platform expansion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams to enhance the enterprise customer experience.
- Monitor account health, resolve escalations, and advocate for enterprise customer needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing strategic enterprise SaaS accounts in a customer-facing role.
- Experience partnering with executive stakeholders in complex enterprise organizations.
- Strong business acumen to translate technical capabilities into measurable business value.
- Demonstrated success in leading strategic account planning and EBRs.
- Ability to navigate cross-functional organizations and influence outcomes.
- Must be based in or able to work from Austin, TX or Tampa, FL.

- Experience within IT Operations, Endpoint Management, RMM, Security, or adjacent enterprise technology environments.
