What you will do

• Install, repair, convert, and decommission gaming machines, signs, and controllers.
• Coordinate installation and visitation schedules within the assigned geographic territory.
• Provide direct customer support, training, and advice on preventative maintenance programs.
• Liaise with customer representatives regarding product performance and operational issues.
• Lead service cases to ensure timely and successful resolution of customer concerns.
• Monitor system issues using tools such as OneLink and Vertex Bingo.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in Austria without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
• In-depth understanding of Digital Electronics and familiarity with networking technologies.
• Valid passport and driver’s license required.
• Physical ability to perform a 2-person lift of 110kg and a solo lift of 23kg.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel on short notice for extended periods within the EMEA region.
