What you will do

• Support customers during testing, integration, and operation of electronic and navigation systems
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting remotely and on-site
• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on electronic modules, sensors, and communication interfaces
• Work with measuring equipment and calibration software to develop and execute testing procedures
• Analyze and report testing and performance data while maintaining documentation
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety procedures, and quality requirements, including travel to customer sites

Requirements

• Practical experience with electronic equipment, diagnostics, or technical support
• Understanding of navigation technologies and electronic communication systems
• Experience with testing, measuring, or calibration instruments
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and schematics
• Hands-on skills with hand and power tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
• Good written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations
• Technical education in electronics, electrical engineering, or related fields (advantage)
