Salary: £103,000–£140,000 + Incentive Awards

• Mentor and coach other user researchers, providing supportive and transparent line management.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to translate insights into actionable plans for the product vision.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK or be able to relocate to the UK.
• Experience as a high-performing individual contributor in a product-led environment.
• Expertise in mixed-methods user research and scaling research support across an organization.
• Proven ability to mentor and coach other user researchers.
• Ability to solve systemic issues caused by complexity in ambiguous or changing contexts.
• Strong track record of driving positive customer and business outcomes.
