Location: Remote (UK), London, or Cardiff. Must be based in the UK or be able to relocate to the UK (visa sponsorship available).
Salary: £103,000–£140,000 + Incentive Awards

- Drive significant positive impact on customer outcomes and 's north star metrics.
- Identify and prioritize the most critical research questions across various domains.
- Pioneer new mixed-methods research approaches for complex projects beyond the team's current comfort zone.
- Communicate actionable user insights with clarity to define strategy across the organization.
- Mentor and coach other user researchers, providing supportive and transparent line management.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to translate insights into actionable plans for the product vision.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK or be able to relocate to the UK.
- Experience as a high-performing individual contributor in a product-led environment.
- Expertise in mixed-methods user research and scaling research support across an organization.
- Proven ability to mentor and coach other user researchers.
- Ability to solve systemic issues caused by complexity in ambiguous or changing contexts.
- Strong track record of driving positive customer and business outcomes.
