What you will do
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research including user interviews, usability testing, and surveys across the product portfolio.
- Maintain a central research repository using Dovetail to build a shared, searchable knowledge base.
- Support and democratize research by guiding colleagues in other teams to run methodologically sound studies.
- Communicate research findings clearly to non-research audiences and senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to the operational foundations of research to ensure scalability and rigor.
Requirements
- Solid, demonstrable skills in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Must be currently based in the UK with full rights to work (no sponsorship available).
- Ability to navigate conversations with credibility within a regulated financial services environment.
- Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborative mindset for working alongside designers, product managers, and engineers.
