What you will do

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research including user interviews, usability testing, and surveys across the product portfolio.
• Maintain a central research repository using Dovetail to build a shared, searchable knowledge base.
• Support and democratize research by guiding colleagues in other teams to run methodologically sound studies.
• Communicate research findings clearly to non-research audiences and senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to the operational foundations of research to ensure scalability and rigor.

Requirements

• Solid, demonstrable skills in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Must be currently based in the UK with full rights to work (no sponsorship available).
• Ability to navigate conversations with credibility within a regulated financial services environment.
• Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborative mindset for working alongside designers, product managers, and engineers.
