Requirements

• 8+ years in UX Research, Product Research, or similar, influencing product decisions
• Cross-functional experience communicating with partners including senior leaders
• Strong research skills: framing problems, choosing methodologies, synthesizing insights into narratives
• Experience coaching others on research through systems or shared practices
• Familiarity with AI/automation in research, with judgment on human vs. tool use
