TL;DR

Head of Events & Content (AI): Own and scale AMA sessions, webinars, and post-event content engines for a US-based AI immigration platform with an accent on performance-driven funnels, ROI metrics, and AI-powered workflows. Focus on sourcing experts, managing budgets, turning events into measurable pipeline, and distributing content across social channels.

Location: Remote with strong overlap required with US Eastern Time (ET) due to live events and team collaboration

$2M pre-seed AI immigration platform helping founders and tech talent secure U.S. work visas, headquartered in the US with a distributed team of 60+ across US, UK, Cyprus, and Argentina.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end AMA program: source community leaders, manage outreach and budgets, expand formats based on signals.
  • Run webinars with expert speakers: full-cycle ownership from sourcing and promotion to execution and follow-up.
  • Build post-event content engine to repurpose sessions into social media streams (LinkedIn, Twitter/X).
  • Design post-event funnels focused on ongoing conversations, content flows, and pipeline generation measured by ROI, CAC, CPSQL.
  • Leverage AI tools for outreach, research, and content production with critical review for quality.

Requirements

  • Fluent English proficiency for communication with US-based partners, experts, and team.
  • Proven experience running AMAs, webinars, or similar events end-to-end including outreach, coordination, execution, follow-up.
  • Strong cold outreach skills to engage industry experts and community leaders.
  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROI, CAC, CPSQL) and event contribution to pipeline.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, agents) to improve execution.
  • Ownership mindset, ability to manage priorities in fast-paced environment with minimal structure.
  • Excellent communication for collaboration with teams, contractors, stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience with US influencers or global experts.
  • Understanding of LinkedIn content dynamics.
  • High-ticket B2C sales or legal/immigration services experience.
  • Built automation workflows (Make, Zapier, n8n) or advanced AI agents.
