What you will do

• Identify and implement AI-powered workflows across business development, client services, operations, HR, and finance.
• Lead company-wide AI adoption by educating teams, facilitating workshops, and creating clear documentation.
• Own the evaluation, selection, and management of the AI tool stack to keep the organization current.
• Partner with leadership to design AI-enabled solutions for prospecting, proposal creation, and client engagement.
• Monitor the AI ecosystem to provide insights and recommendations on new tools and operational opportunities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or digital transformation in a business environment.
• Proven track record of implementing AI-driven solutions with measurable organizational impact.
• Deep understanding of the AI landscape, automation frameworks, and applied AI use cases.
• Ability to move quickly from concept to execution, balancing build vs. buy decisions.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for creative and business stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States.
