TL;DR
Accounts Receivable Associate (Financial Services): Manage collections, client communications, and invoice follow-ups for international clients (AU/US) with an accent on timely payments, issue resolution, and account accuracy. Focus on conducting outbound calls, prioritizing aging reports, performing reconciliations, and providing AR status updates.
Onsite - Ortigas Post Office, Pasig, Philippines (National Capital Region). Work Schedule: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Philippine Time (MNL TIME).

What you will do
- Monitor accounts, manage aging reports, and prioritize follow-ups for outstanding invoices.
- Conduct outbound calls and send email reminders to clients with overdue balances, following through until resolved.
- Coordinate with clients to address billing concerns, disputes, and payment delays while maintaining professional communication.
- Perform account reconciliations, maintain records of collection activities, and provide regular AR status updates.
- Collaborate with Finance, Client Success, and Operations teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 1–3 years experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Collections.
- Strong client-facing communication experience (calls and email).
- Confidence in handling outbound follow-ups and payment chasing.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Nice to have
- Experience working with international clients (AU/US).
- Familiarity with accounting systems or CRM tools.
