What you will do

• Manage and maintain the product costing system using standard costing methodology.
• Perform cost analysis and investigate manufacturing cost variances.
• Prepare product costing data for annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Monitor inventory valuation and ensure effective inventory controls.
• Prepare capital investment appraisals including Payback Period and Net Present Value (NPV) analysis.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and operations teams to improve cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW, MICPA, or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree from a university recognized by the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
• 1–2 years of working experience in a mid-sized manufacturing company.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP (FI/CO) experience is a significant advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in Seremban, Malaysia.
