What you will do

• Lead P&L consolidation and monthly/quarterly financial forecasting processes (RFF, LV, MEC, QEC).
• Perform gross margin and operating expense analysis to provide insights for cost management and decision-making.
• Manage inventory obsolescence reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams on risk assessment.
• Execute royalty tagging, analysis, and validation of accruals to ensure accuracy.
• Support R&D NPI portfolio analysis and investment prioritization, including project cost analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 8+ years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or Finance controlling within a global organization.
• Proven experience in the Semiconductor, Technology, or Manufacturing industries.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to communicate clearly to senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle financial systems.
• Proficiency in Power BI and advanced data analytics.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools.
