What you will do

• Prepare management accounts, financial results, and reporting to ensure accurate capture of revenue, expenses, and balance sheets.
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes within strict timelines.
• Coordinate the audit process and ensure compliance with regional policies and statutory reports.
• Develop and document SOPs and process flow charts for R2R processes.
• Review the work of account executives for accuracy and internal policy compliance.
• Implement process standardizations and optimizations using BI tools and automation to maximize operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in a Shared Service environment.
• Experience working within a multinational organization in a high-growth, rapidly changing culture.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Diploma, Degree, or Professional certification in Accountancy.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Subang Jaya, Malaysia

Nice to have

• Knowledge of NetSuite ERP system.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience with Macros or system scripting.
• Experience in implementing process improvements and automations.
