Manager, Customer / Manufacturing Quality (Semiconductor)

Location: Cabuyao, Philippines; onsite semiconductor manufacturing role

What you will do

• Ensure process and operational changes do not create quality non-conformities.
• Prevent non-conforming units from leaving the factory or reaching customers.
• Handle customer requests, feedback, and complaints related to the assigned area.
• Use quality signals, data, tools, and analytical resources to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with operators, technicians, line quality controllers, business engineering counterparts, and cross-functional teams.
• Lead the responsibilities, career growth, and well-being of engineers assigned to the area.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; a master’s degree or doctorate is an advantage.
• At least 10 years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• At least 4 years in a supervisory role with engineers as direct reports.
• At least 4 years of experience in customer or manufacturing quality and at least 4 years in process engineering.
• Strong proficiency in FMEA, SPC, process characterization, data-driven problem-solving, risk-based thinking, leadership, communication, and teamwork.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and analytical platforms such as JMP, Minitab, Spotfire, and Power BI; experience with data mining across CMSS, AWACS, eForms, and similar systems.

• Six Sigma or Project Management certification.
