What you will do

• Coordinate high-volume interview schedules using Workday, Outlook, and Zoom.
• Act as the primary point of contact for virtual, panel, and multi-day interviews.
• Manage rescheduling, substitutions, and cancellations while maintaining data accuracy.
• Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts, time zone discrepancies, and automation errors.
• Mentor and train other Recruiting Coordinators on calendar management and automation best practices.
• Lead initiatives to enhance team efficiency and overall candidate satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in high-volume scheduling, HR operations, or talent acquisition support.
• Proficiency with Workday, Outlook, and automated tools like Paradox, GoodTime, or Prelude.
• Must be based in Mexico.
• Ability to travel to Mexico City for occasional office events.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Collaborative communication skills for building relationships with cross-functional partners.
