Requirements

• Fluency in Georgian and English (both written and verbal).
• Proven experience in Customer Support or Customer Service.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and people management.
• Proficiency in Excel for translating data into actionable operational insights.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize interactions in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Must be based in Georgia.
