What you will do

• Own the complete customer onboarding process from kickoff through go-live and self-sufficiency.
• Map customer workflows and configure the platform to match business processes.
• Deliver structured training on core modules and provide clear documentation or follow-ups.
• Prepare and import customer data from CSV and Excel files, then validate the results.
• Support system configuration and accounting integrations, including QuickBooks and Xero.
• Manage customers after onboarding, track time-to-first-value, resolve blockers, and share feedback with Support and Product teams.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a customer-facing B2B SaaS role such as onboarding, implementation, customer success, or support.
• Ability to lead live training sessions and create concise customer-facing follow-ups.
• Experience mapping customer workflows to software and understanding trades-related processes.
• Basic accounting knowledge, including charts of accounts, accounts payable and receivable, and taxes.
• Comfort with CSV and Excel data preparation, imports, troubleshooting, and reproducible issue reporting.
• Strong written and spoken English and availability for the 16:00–01:00 office schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience working with construction trades, general contractors, or subcontractors.
• Knowledge of construction modules such as estimating, cost codes, and purchase orders.
