What you will do

• Develop roadmaps and strategies to accelerate customers' strategic direction and track progress.
• Take ownership of a Book of Business to mitigate churn risk and identify growth opportunities.
• Create strategic success plans aligned with customer goals and provide high-value assets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key executive decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Support, and Engineering teams to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and stay updated on solutions and roadmaps.

Requirements

• Experience in customer success management, ideally with technical platforms or solutions.
• Proven ability to navigate enterprise environments and build trusted relationships at all levels.
• Experience driving product adoption and expansion through discovery and consulting.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Tokyo, Japan for a hybrid work arrangement.
