About the Role

You will lead the People function end-to-end, managing a strong, lean (3 FTE today) team across New York and Tel Aviv. You will partner closely with leadership on hiring, organizational design, performance, and compensation. You will build systems to solve messy problems, codify culture and traditions, shape the People function as a business driver, and coach, manage, and inspire team members both inside and outside your org.

Requirements

• 6-10 years experience in People, Talent, or HR roles
• Management experience
• Experience inside a scaling startup
• High agency and strong judgment
• Ability to bring structure and follow-through to ambiguous environments
• Attention to detail and ability to catch inconsistencies
• Ability to move comfortably between strategy and execution
• Capability to grow into a significant leadership role quickly
